WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Rep. Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) joined Reps. Brad Finstad (MN-01), Pete Stauber (MN-07), and Jared Golden (ME-02) in introducing the Protecting Infrastructure Investments for Rural America Act. This bill would remove barriers for rural communities to apply for and receive funding under the Rural Surface Transportation Grant Program, also known as the Rural Grant Program.

LA CROSSE, WI – Rep. Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) is seeking applications for students interested in attending one of the U.S. military service academies. These are highly competitive programs and we encourage our constituents to reach out to our office sooner rather than later.
LA CROSSE, WI – At a press conference in La Crosse, today Rep. Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) announced $600,000 in federal funds for Gundersen Health System, which if passed will support ambulances and emergency equipment for the residents of Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District. This funding will allow the hospital to provide prehospital care and ambulance transfer in rural communities, helping to ensure patients receive timely and high-quality care.
