FY27 Defense Appropriations Form

Thank you for your interest in submitting a Fiscal Year 2027 programmatic or language request for consideration by the House Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on Defense (HAC-D).

This form is intended to collect the information necessary for our office to evaluate, prioritize, and, where appropriate, submit requests through the House Appropriations Committee's official electronic submission system. All responses should be complete, accurate, and sufficiently detailed to allow for a thorough review against committee guidance, House rules, and national defense priorities.

Requests will be evaluated based on strategic merit, alignment with Department of War priorities, compliance with House rules (including earmark restrictions), and DVO's overall priorities for FY27.

Please note:

• Incomplete or vague submissions may not be considered.
• Requests that may constitute an earmark under House rules may require additional disclosures or consultation with the Subcommittee.
• All requests ultimately submitted must be supported by a Member-signed letter and entered into the House Appropriations Committee's online database.
