ICYMI: Van Orden Joins Speaker McCarthy, Republican Freshmen at Southern Border

TUCSON, AZ – In case you missed it, today Rep. Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) joined Speaker Kevin McCarthy (CA-20), Rep. Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06), Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer (OR-05), and Rep. Jen Kiggans (VA-02) at the United States’ southern border with Mexico to see firsthand the extent of Biden’s border crisis.

While our southern border remains unsecure, Wisconsin health providers are warning the public about the rise in fentanyl deaths. Gundersen Health System in La Crosse said that they lost nine people to fentanyl in January alone, and fentanyl killed 1,280 Wisconsinites statewide in 2021.
